Super Bowl XLIV – I was dead wrong!

On Thursday, I made my Super Bowl XLIV prediction and almost got it right on the button. I predicted a 37 to 17 game. The only problem is that I got it completely wrong as to which team would come out on top. Obviously, the Saints won by a score of 31 – 17.

Congratulations to the New Orleans Saints on their first Super Bowl victory. They flat outplayed the Colts, especially in the second half. They conclusively proved that they were the better team, and their victory was well deserved.
