More love and tolerance from the religion of peace
Islam, the “religion of peace” demonstrated their tolerance and love for other religions this morning by plotting to kill the Pope! Five Muslim street cleaners in London were arrested after the authorities received a tip that they were plotting to kill Pope Benedict XVI during his visit to Great Britain.
This isn’t the first time that peaceful Muslims attempted to assassinate the leader of the Catholic Church. In May of 1981, Mehmet Ali Ağca, a Turk, shot and wounded the late Pope John Paul II in St. Peter’s Square in Rome. The Pope later met with, and forgave the lowlife.
Islam sure seems to have a strange way of building bridges between the world’s religions.
According to the Telegraph.co.uk, the alleged plotters were from a variety of nationalities including a number of Algerians. Multiculturalism is really working out great for the Brits!
Of course the far-left, the Dhimmi-crats, and the mainstream media will remind everyone that these are just a bunch of extremists who hijacked a great and peaceful religion. They’ll remind everyone that these people are a tiny minority of the close to 1.3 billion Muslims worldwide. They’ll say that you shouldn’t judge an entire religion on the actions of a few. That would be a sound and reasonable argument if it weren’t for the small fact that the violence against non-Muslims (infidels) comes directly from their Qur’an.
When the occasional “right-wing” Christian Militia group garners national attention, one can count on the media and the dumb-asses on the View to throw a conniption. They wring their hands at the danger, intolerance, and insanity of hard-core Christians. For example: The fact is that there is no New Testament Biblical script that validated anything that David Koresh did. Koresh, the supposed one time leader of the Branch Dividians perverted Christianity in order to justify his immoral and illegal actions. Islamist terrorists don’t pervert the Qur’an when they attack, deceive, enslave, or murder the non-believers.
“Fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, harass them, lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war.” Qur’an 9:5

It’s true that statistically most Muslims do ignore the call to jihad and the glorified violence of the Qur’an, but the poor, ignorant, disaffected, and hateful are easily drawn into the call for violence at the hands of hypocritical Muslim leaders and despots. As is the case with most totalitarian political systems, (that’s what Islam is – a political system) the poor, ignorant, etc. are used as pawns by their leaders in order to fulfill a social/political agenda. The far-left (Marxism) has always used class envy to get their pathetic followers to fall in line with their agenda. The question is, who will these peaceful moderate Muslims side with if and when the time comes to choose?
It’s time for the leaders of the 1.3 billion Muslims to call on some sort of ‘Reformation’ to expunge the violence and call to arms from the modern Qur’an and the Madrasas.
If in fact the majority of Muslims don’t believe in sanctioned violence against infidels, they need to take serious action. They need to take control from the supposed tiny minority that espouses violence and subjugation as the way to deal with “non-believers.” They need to forcefully repudiate and/or remove the violence from their religious doctrine! Otherwise, Islam will never be treated as a legitimate religion, or a legitimate culture. At least not by people, cultures, and nations that believe in liberty and individual freedom. I personally don’t believe that will happen anytime soon. Germany’s Nazis gave up and repudiated Nazism only after they were soundly defeated. Islam in its present form needs to be defeated or banned from Western Civilization. Currently, I believe it’s impossible for the two to coexist.
