Hit/Castration Contract put out on Justin Bieber

The NY Post story linked below covers a supposed plot to castrate and kill pop star Justin Bieber. An obsessed Bieber fan who is serving time in prison hatched the plan and hired two hit/snip men to do the job.

I don’t want to make light of a murder plot, but I think this fanatical fan missed the boat on the castration part – it’s hard to remove something that doesn’t exist.
