I’m really not at all surprised that this happened. I’ve been warning anyone who would listen that NYC is slowly but steadily creeping back towards the dangerous pre-Giuliani era. One of the reasons, I believe, is that over the last several years “quality of life” offences are not being pursued as they were when Giuliani was mayor.

Our current mayor, Michael Bloomberg, has shown himself to be a nanny state leftist who cares far more about what people eat than he does about enforcing the laws of NYC. The only time Bloomberg addresses crime is when he goes after all the handguns that miraculously grow legs and hit the streets looking for victims. Predictably, Bloomberg has used this rampage to push for even more gun control – what else?

As we all know, these punks doing the shooting would be off volunteering at soup kitchens if it weren’t for the influence of their evil handguns.

It’s also valid to note that most if not all of the perpetrators and victims of the 67 shootings were black. In spite of what the media wants to tell us, or not tell us, there’s a growing epidemic of black crime affecting far too many large American cities. Violent black flash mobs attacking white people and looting retail shops has been a common occurrence during the summer of 2011.

I wonder if this all part of the “hope & change” that Obama promised in 2008.

Having lived in NYC for so long, I’m heavily tuned in to what’s going on around me. There is a vibe in the air that hasn’t been here for quite some time – and I don’t like it! It’s bad enough that it’s nearly impossible for a NYC resident to get a pistol permit, but it’s also against the law to carry pepper spray/mace, blackjacks, stun-guns, batons, and most all other self-defense weapons. No problem though. You can always ask the violent thug for a time-out while you press 911 on your cell phone.

I’m laying big money that Mr. Hernandez is an illegal alien. Of course, he’ll never be charged and deported because New York prides itself as being the top sanctuary city in the nation. After all, who would deliver Mayor Bloomberg’s Chinese food if not for illegal invaders from south of the border? These are the jobs that Americans on welfare just won’t do!

Unfortunately, women can’t breathe too easily just yet because there’s still another “serial groper” on the loose in my neighborhood. Perhaps the lawyer for Mr. Hernandez can go to court and claim that this is just a matter of culture, and not criminal. Perhaps where Mr. Hernandez comes from, grabbing strange women’s crotches and butts is no big deal. Maybe that’s just the equivalent of a ‘how you doing’ in our uptight puritanical country. Perhaps American women can take some cultural sensitivity classes so they won’t take it personally the next time a poor Hispanic immigrant fondles their buttocks on the street. America is just one big melting pot of diversity – isn’t it? Shouldn’t we respect all cultures and even change our laws to suit these cultures? For instance, if a white guy slaps his wife around he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If a Muslim man slaps his wife around, we should understand that it’s just a cultural thing.

If anyone thinks I’m going overboard, think again. More than a few times in my life I’ve had stupid liberals attempt to explain away bad behavior by informing me that I just need to understand “their culture.”

Needless to say that I don’t buy that BS for one second!

The Obama administration along with the Mexican government is appealing to the State of Texas to call off this evening’s execution. The Obama administration siding with the Mexican government over an American state – there’s another surprise! The administration contends that executing Mr. Garcia could endanger America’s convicted of crimes abroad.

Humberto Leal Garcia

I am often conflicted about the death penalty, but if there’s anyone who deserves to be put down like a rabid dog, it’s this animal. After raping the teen, he then smashed in her head in with a 30 to 40 pound block of asphalt. Unlike his victim, Mr. Garcia will painlessly slip into a final sleep when he’s finally administered the lethal injection. But like most cold blooded murderers, Mr. Garcia is scared of dying. Instead, he would prefer to spend the rest of his miserable life in prison stuffing his fat ugly face. The food on death row must not be all that bad from the looks of Mr. Garcia. I thought people who go to prison lose weight and get in shape by pumping iron; this guy seems to have spent his exercise time devouring bags of Doritos.

Good riddance Mr. Garcia.

This jury was so out of touch with reality that they even acquitted the evil sociopathic brat of child abuse charges. I guess they’re not in the least bit interested how Kaylee wound up in a swamp a quarter mile from her parent’s home with her face bound with duct tape.

Anyone who even casually followed this case understands that there was a virtual mountain of circumstantial evidence that pointed to Ms. Anthony as the killer. If she isn’t the killer, then Ms. Anthony is the most unlucky woman in history.

Before all you lawyers start in, I’m well aware that the case was “only circumstantial.” I realize that there were no eyewitnesses, no video, and no DNA evidence. But, there are dozens upon dozens of men on death row who were convicted on less circumstantial evidence than was presented in this case.

Does the name Scott Peterson ring a bell?

We all remember the lowlife Scott Peterson who was convicted and sentenced to death in 2005 for the murder of his wife Laci, and their unborn child in 2002. There was no DNA or eyewitness evidence in that case either. The one thing that sealed Peterson’s fate was the fact that he was cavorting with a woman, Amber Frey, while his pregnant wife was missing. That’s not like Casey Anthony partying with her friends while her soon to be three year old daughter was missing for a month – is it?

Some of the “legal experts” who have started Monday morning quarterbacking the prosecution have stated that they (the prosecution) made a mistake by making this a “capital murder” case. They speculate that the jury wasn’t prepared to sentence the young woman twit to death. While I tend to agree with that opinion, why they didn’t convict her of the lesser charges of 2^nd degree murder or manslaughter, I’ll never understand.

The inconvenient fact is that the death penalty in America is far from equally applied. Although women are slowly but surely giving men a run for their money when it comes to violence and murder, they aren’t punished quite the same way. Maybe that’s the way it should be; perhaps we shouldn’t be a country that kills its women; perhaps we (the government) shouldn’t kill anybody – I don’t really know!

Like Scott Peterson, Casey Anthony is guilty as hell, and everyone in the country with the exception of 12 jerks in Florida knows it. While Peterson rots in prison for the next twenty years until his appeals run dry, Casey will be club-hopping a free woman. But like another famous killer who goes by the initials OJ, Ms. Anthony will eventually self destruct and wind up exactly where she belongs.

A show of hands: How many of you can tell us what the common denominator in all of these stories is? Come on now – you can do it – don’t be afraid! Want a clue? The word urban should more than give it away. Sort of like reading the words marauding youths in a news story about a violent incident on the NYC subway! Still don’t know? Well, then it’s obvious that you can’t be helped because you must be A) a complete moron, or B) a completely brainwashed follower of the Kingdom of PC.

We all know that the common denominator in all of these holiday weekend brouhahas is that young blacks/African Americans were the driving force in each and every incident. I also know that I’ll be called a mouth-foaming racist for daring to notice this fact. After all, these stories are nothing more than isolated incidents, and this type of behavior is not at all indicative of young black (hip-hop) culture!

Yeah, I know… I need to stop stereotyping and Stop Hatin’ already!

Wow, one of the employees actually said he knew immediately that “this was trouble” when the teens came in. It’s no wonder the employee didn’t want to show his face. He would have Al Sharpton along with 1000 protestors on his lawn the next morning. Gee, that D.C. cop sure showed a lot of concern over the situation. Yeah, ten minutes to respond to a mob of twenty shoplifters is pretty good, eh? Maybe the store manager should have called in and said there were 20 Tea Party members in the store chanting for Obama to cut spending – the cops would have been there in 30 seconds!

Evidently, this is becoming a common occurrence in the D.C. area. Why not? These thugs know that it’s nearly impossible for an honest citizen or business owner to get a permit for a firearm. I know what some of you are thinking! There are 20 of them, what good is a gun going to do against a pack of 20 wild dogs? The simple answer is that you would only have to give 1 of the 20 a lead injection to make the point; the rest of the wolf pack would scramble through the exit doors never to return. But let’s not deal in fantasy and what-ifs. Let’s instead deal with coming up with other realistic solutions to this spreading problem.

• How about a button the store manager could push that would instantly retract the floor like in a James Bond movie and have the punks drop right into a tank that then flushes directly into the sewer line? No mess, no clean-up, no cops needed!
• How about installing high output speakers throughout the store and have a button that an employee can push to immediately blast the miscreants with 150 decibels of Heavy Metal or Country Music? (Employees choice) This would instantly have the punks running for the exits!

Or finally:

• How about instead of acting defensively and calling the cops, the store manager and staff proactively approach the members of the mob and hand them work applications? That would send the trouble makers scurrying for the door in no time flat.

These are just a few of the innovative solutions that can be used to fight the occasional flash mob without having to bother the cops all the time. These solutions are also compassionate in that they won’t burden the yutes with criminal records that will haunt them for years to come. Who said that Americans can’t come up with bi-partisan solutions to our country’s problems?

Two young black females are seen brutally attacking a young white female in a McDonalds restaurant to the point where the white female seems to go into convulsions. Meanwhile, black employees of the restaurant stand around and do nothing. They even warn the attackers that police are on their way and tell them to flee.

One can only imagine if this were two white females beating on a black female. The term “hate crime” would surely come up. Al Sharpton would probably be on the Sean Hannity show, the Bill O’Reilly show, the Greta Van Susteren show, and all of the other shows on the Fox News Channel. Has anyone else noticed that this racial huckster, Sharpton, is on Fox News more than anyone? Fox has done more to promote and to legitimize this piece of you-know-what than the leftists over at MSNBC and CNN combined. The Reverend Jessie Jerkson would probably also take time off from hitting on his male staff to show his ugly mugg on televison to decry white racism in America.

Anyway, I digress.

The problem with this video is that this type of attack is all too frequent now. There are dozens upon dozens of videos on the internet of black women freaking out and attacking both white women – and men! And those are the only the ones caught on video. The rage of these young thugs, or thugettes, is comparable to that of wild Hyenas fighting over a kill. Oops, did I just say something racist?

One of my biggest desires is of one day being present when this type of attack happens. Curiously it never does! I guarantee that I would do everything in my power to protect the victim and to put a swift and decisive end to the attack! Enough said lest I get accused of conspiracy to commit a hate crime.

I know I sound like a broken record lately, but when is black violence (especially youth violence) going to be taken seriously and addressed by the politicians? Will an innocent person have to be beat to death in a subway car or a fast food joint for “dissing” someone before this wide spread phenomenon is addressed?

Hey President Obama, instead of having your Attorney General, Eric Holder, investigate the high gasoline prices that you’ve helped to bring on, and which you not-so-secretly root for, why don’t you have him investigate the epidemic of black youth violence since you’ve taken office?

Needless to say, I won’t hold my breath waiting.

BTW: I hope the young woman who was beaten gets a good lawyer and sues the crap out of that McDonalds!

Although I pretty much defended the little monster from the hate crime charges, I got a number of obnoxious e-mails accusing me of everything from racism to being cold hearted in regards to my comments on the 12 year old up-and-coming felon.

This little twerp is a prime candidate for a Beyond Scared Straight intervention. It’s incredible how some parents refuse to acknowledge that their kids could be anything less than angels regardless of the reality right under their noses. If the parents of this little devil don’t make some serious changes, is there any doubt that one day they’ll be speaking to him through fortified Plexiglass in a maximum security prison?

First of all, the fact that a dumb 12 year old can be charged with a hate crime is insane. Second, the 12 year old attacker is supposedly a Muslim as well. The boy’s father asked “how could a Muslim have another hate crime against a Muslim?” I don’t want to be a stickler, but one doesn’t have a hate crime, one commits a hate crime. Why the father uses the word another, is a question the police need to address.

I don’t find it appealing to defend this hooligan, but does asking someone if they are Muslim warrant hate crime charges? How about just saying the word Muslim? Obviously, this delinquent isn’t the sharpest knife in the draw; ignorance, stupidity, and bad parenting make more sense than hate. The family of this kid really shouldn’t worry too much because I’m sure that any decent attorney can get the ridiculous hate crime charges dropped. The kid can then go on with his education (hardy-har-har) and his ordinary non-hateful life of crime.
