Again, the question is should Republicans/Conservatives care so much about a candidates personal life and morals? Or, should we be more like the Left and support the person that will best push through our political agenda?

Let’s start off by being honest and admitting that we (republicans/conservatives) know that if a Democrat running for president was accused of the same exact things that Mr. Cain has been accused of, the right-of-center blogosphere and conservative talk-radio would jump all over him. Yes, the MSM is corrupt, hypocritical, and far, far to the left of mainstream America. But the reason Mr. Cain has dropped out of the race is because his stock has fallen among Republican/Conservative voters and donors. If Mr. Cain’s numbers were still near the top of the field, he would still be in the race!

Ultimately, the question is should we care?

The fact is that Democrat (aka Socialist) voters don’t really give a damn about “personal moral issues” – Republican voters do. Democrats would have voted for the now thankfully deceased Saddam Hussein if he promised them their government goodies. As long as a Democrat produces the freebies, or promises to produce them, the left will support him/her – period!

Again, the question is should Republicans/Conservatives care so much about a candidates personal life and morals? Or, should we be more like the Left and support the person that will best push through our political agenda?

It’s a tough question, but it’s a question that will have to eventually be answered.

So the question is, if this is a well organized left-wing conspiracy, and if these women are all lying, and their lies will succeed in destroying Mr. Cain’s presidential aspirations, then why not do the same thing to Mitt Romney, Rick, Perry, Ron Paul, and Newt Gingrich as well?

An Atlanta woman, Ginger White, has now come forward to claim a 13 year adulterous relationship, most commonly known as an affair, with Herman Cain. Cain admits to knowing Ms. White for 13 years, but claims that they are just friends. As we all know, four other women have previously come forward to claim sexual misconduct against Mr. Cain. Two of those four have come out and made public statements.

So, can this all be a huge conspiracy against Herman Cain? Are these five women all being paid off by David Axelrod and the Chicago Daley <del datetime="2011-11-29T21:27:41+00:00">machine</del> mob?

It is now being reported that Harman Cain is now “reassessing” whether he should stay in the Republican presidential race. In other words, Herman Cain will soon be dropping out. He’ll probably claim that he needs to spend time with his family in order to heal. Another way of putting that is that he now has to try talking his wife out of divorcing him and walking away with half of his assets.

If this is a well organized left-wing conspiracy, and if these women are all lying, and their lies ultimately succeed in destroying Mr. Cain’s presidential aspirations, then why not do the same thing to perennial frontrunner Mitt Romney? Why only Herman Cain? Obama and his cronies have millions upon millions of dollars to throw around. And God knows that these people would stop at nothing in pursuit of their Marxist goals.

A rational person can only come to the conclusion that some, if not all, of these allegations probably have some truth to them. Can some of the claims by the accusers be a bit exaggerated? Sure they can, but a pattern seems to have been established.

If all of these women are lying about their relationships and interactions with Herman Cain, he should stay in the race. Would the Herman Cain that we’ve all come to know quit and give up that easily due to baseless allegations – lies?

Short of taking and passing a public polygraph test administered by a recognized expert, or experts, Mr. Cain will surely lose whatever trust and support he has left.

It’s sad, but this looks like the end of the line for Mr. Cain. I hope for the sake of his wife and family that all of these allegations are bald-faced lies. But my rational mind tells me otherwise.

P.S. All political candidates should take a cue from Newt Gingrich. Mr. Gingrich doesn’t have affairs; he just divorces his wives and gets new ones.

There’s hope for our Republic yet!

The “Banking Queen” Barney Frank has chosen not to seek reelection in 2012. If we were a serious country, we would exile this slimy crook to Venezuela and never allow him to return. If there is one politician that is most to blame for our economic situation, this blithering fool is near the top of the list.

By the way Barney, how much did your net-worth increase in the four years you were chairman of the House Financial Services Committee? If you’re still a bit short on cash you can always re-open the gay escort service your ex-boyfriend was running out of your Capitol Hill apartment – without your knowledge, of course. I hear there’s still big money to be made from that endeavor in Washington D.C.

For instance, how does a person with no degree or experience in Journalism become a correspondent for a major media conglomerate?

Yesterday it was reported that Chelsea Clinton was hired by NBC, strictly on her merits, of course. I bet she won’t have to worry about being five minutes late to the office. Ms. Clinton will be working, and I use the word lightly, as a full-time correspondent reporting feature stories about “Making a Difference” for NBC Nightly News and Rock Center with Brian Williams – whatever the hell that is!

Since Chelsea will be doing stories about “making a difference,” perhaps she’ll explain how having the last name Clinton has made a difference for her. For instance, how does a person with no degree or experience in Journalism become a correspondent for a major media conglomerate?

‘After a couple of years at NBC, I want to play first base for the New York Yankees.’

Since the announcement that Chelsea was joining NBC was made, the top broadcasting banana at NBC, Brian Williams, has been having orgasm after orgasm. What a sport Mr. Williams is! Even though he began at the bottom and worked his way up to his eight figure salary, Williams was super-duper gracious in welcoming Chelsea. I’m sure he’d be just as enthusiastic over the hiring of Bristol Palin.

But I digress!

If anything, this is the stuff that the “Occupy Wall Street” crowd should really be mad about. Should, but they’re not! This Chelsea Clinton NBC deal is a classic example of the so-called 1% in action. It’s about the elites taking care of each other, scratching each other’s backs. It’s about having a certain last name, about being related to someone. Plain and simple, it’s about politics! I would probably be unable to get a job in the mailroom of NBC, much less a correspondent gig. Why not? Chelsea and I have the same experience in journalism and broadcasting – none!

So to the slimy hypocritical losers who’ve been squatting at Zuccotti Park in lower Manhattan, why don’t you take your filth, odor, and ignorance over to the NBC offices at Rockefeller Center and protest the real 1%? Be angry at how they pass plum jobs around like candy on Halloween to the wives, husbands, sons and daughters of elected officials. Protest the fact that Jeffrey Immelt, the CEO and Chairman of the Board of the company that owns NBC (General Electric) is an advisor to Barack Obama with open access to the White House. Direct your anger towards the real movers and shakers, the real string pullers.

It's obvious that changing presidents, senators, or congressman isn't the solution to all of our problems. Regardless of who is in the White House, there are thousands of entrenched burecrats who don't need the people's vote to stay in power.

Ok, ok, I admit that I’m a subscriber to Newt Gingrich’s newsletter. I’m also well aware that Mr. Gingrich’s stock among hard-core conservatives has dropped faster than the Dow Jones over the past several years. True, Mr. Gingrich has often been his own worst enemy. But I’m still very open to hearing new ideas regardless of where they come from. Our country is in dire need of bold new ideas if it is to survive for future generations.

Here is Mr. Gingrich’s solution to removing the albatross around the necks of American prosperity and ingenuity that is known as the EPA. That’s the Environmental Protection Agency, for all you Obama voters.

Dust in the Wind: Time for the EPA to Go!
by Newt Gingrich

The key to eliminating our oppressive regulatory regime is simply to replace the existing bureaucracy rather than try to reform it. The current systems are so entrenched that we need to start over with new organizations and new people.

Overbearing bureaucrats are especially prominent at the Environmental Protection Agency. The arrogance, economic ignorance, and dictatorial attitude of the current organization are well known throughout much of America.

The EPA bullies and dictates to businesses, small towns, and states. It routinely tells states what they have to do and then claims not to be at fault when the states tell local communities and businesses they must comply.

The EPA has become a clear example of “bureaucratic socialism” an ingenious adaptation of European socialism.

Under “bureaucratic socialism,” you get to own your company, but federal bureaucrats tell you how to run it.

Two recent events surrounding the rumors of stiffening “dust regulation,” which led to a new height of anger against the bureaucrats, highlight the need to replace the EPA with a brand new Environmental Solutions Agency.

In a speech last week, EPA Administrator Linda Jackson acknowledged the anger when she said people referred to her officials as “jack-booted thugs.”

What was amazing about her comments was her complete inability to ask why people would use terms like “jack-booted thugs” to describe the agency’s behavior. She exhibited a total unwillingness to listen to her critics or try to understand their frustration.

Similarly, a Washington Post report on the dust rules was so infuriatingly one-sided and dishonest that it was easy to see why many Americans feel their concerns are trampled by an evasive bureaucracy.

On November 3 the Washington Post ran a story that claimed members of Congress were working to “ban [a] phantom EPA dust rule.”

With great glee, the Post writers reported:

“Earlier this year, Republicans found what they saw as an ideal talking point to illustrate a federal bureaucracy gone batty.

“The Environmental Protection Agency, they warned, was trying to regulate something only God could control: the dust in the wind.

‘Now, here comes my favorite of the crazy regulatory acts. The EPA is now proposing rules to regulate dust,’ Rep. John Carter (R.-Texas) said on the House floor. He said Texas is full of dusty roads: ‘The EPA is now saying you can be fined for driving home every night on your gravel road.’

“There was just one flaw in this argument: It was not true.

“The EPA’s new dust rule did not exist. It never did.”

I was stunned by this assertion.

Everywhere I had gone in Iowa, people had been complaining about the proposed dust rule. Senator Chuck Grassley (R. – Iowa), a senior and informed leader in the Senate, had been speaking out against the rule aggressively. In fact, he assigned a staff person to fight the EPA over the proposed rule.

The assertion that it was never considered was plainly dishonest.

Although there was never a formal proposal to create the rule, the prospect of stricter dust regulations had been on the table for months after EPA panels gave conflicting recommendations. Since the EPA makes no distinctions between urban, industrial dust and dust from agriculture or rural roads, many rural Americans were justifiably terrified that the agency was dragging its feet. It was not until mid-October that the EPA finally said it wouldn’t tighten the rules, as its panel had recommended.

The Post‘s characterization of the issue as “hubbub over this phantom rule surely one of the most controversial regulations that never was” was both false and insulting to the 112 House members and 26 Senators who had cosponsored legislation to prevent the agency from regulating farm dust.

The article, obviously based on one-sided, dishonest EPA description of the fight, suggested all of these elected representatives and their staffs were ignorant and cynical, instead of acknowledging their legitimate concerns on behalf of rural Americans. It was the Washington elite at its most infuriating.

Rep. Kristi Noem, a freshman Republican from South Dakota, the author of the bill on farm dust regulation, issued a powerful statement of myths and facts demolishing the EPA argument.

Between an administrator, who jokes that Americans perceive her officials as “jack-booted thugs,” and widespread dishonesty and evasion about proposed dust regulations, it is clear the EPA must be replaced, not reformed.

We need a true Environmental Solutions Agency to replace the EPA an agency that will emphasize innovation, collaboration, common sense and economic rationality. It can’t be done with the same old bureaucrats. It will require new people in a new institution.

It’s obvious that changing presidents, senators, or congressmen isn’t the solution to all of our problems. Regardless of who is in the White House, there are thousands of entrenched burecrats who don’t need the vote of the people to stay in power. These burecrats entrencehed in our public instituitons are the ones that need to be purged. Whether or not one trusts Mr. Gingrich to follow through is one thing, but just the fact that a presidential candidate recognizes and admits the realities of the situation is a huge step forward.

There is but one certainty in regards to the future of our great republic. We can no longer afford the status quo!

The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the CDC has recommended that young males should be vaccinated against the HPV (Human Papillomavirus) that is supposedly spread through sexual contact. Young girls have already been subjected to this vaccination (Gardasil) and some say it is dangerous and unnecessary.

Read the WND piece by Joe Kovacs here.

Will these nanny state bureaucrats ever become tired of sticking their snozolas into every aspect of people’s lives? The unfortunate part of this fiasco is that many people (parents) will fall for this hook, line, and sinker. The left has long ago realized that people tend to believe almost anything if it comes from doctors or other professionals in the health care field. Many people fail to realize that medicine has joined most other American institutions and become extremely politicized. Controlling people via the health care system is fast becoming a favorite tactic of the Marxist Left.

Then again, maybe this is just a matter of fairness. If the vaccine is potentially dangerous, why subject only young females to this danger and not young males? After all, fair is fair!

Rick Perry Proposes Flat Tax

When I heard that Texas Governor and GOP presidential hopeful Rick Perry came out with a Flat Tax proposal, my first thought was ‘it’s about time someone did.’ Whether Perry’s plan is serious, or if it’s just a ploy to resurrect a campaign that has been sinking faster than the Baltimore Orioles coming out of spring training, who knows? Besides Herman Cain’s 9-9-9 plan, I haven’t heard much at all from the GOP candidates about tax reform. Most of them have the same old plan to tinker with the tax rates; cut some rates here, raise some rates there, same old, same old.

The problem as I see it is that we need real hard core tax reform in order to help our economy climb out of the tank and to help people rebuild their American dreams. While George W. Bush tinkered with the rates and removed millions from their responsibilities to contribute their share, the Flat Tax would make sure that everyone pays something – at least theoretically. I don’t know if Rick Perry’s plan accomplishes this, but the current progressive tax system has got to go. Under a true and pure flat tax everyone would pay the same rate, but people who make more would of course, pay more.

A quick example for all you dimwitted Obama voters out there: a person who makes 30K a year under a 20% flat tax would pay 6K in taxes, while a person who makes 500K a year would pay 100K in taxes.

See dummies, the rich guy still pays more!

While I tend to think that 20% is still a bit high, it’s a start. Most if not all of the standard deductions that people have become so accustomed to would also need to be eliminated or severely cut. That’s the hard part about selling many people on the flat tax. Being your typical politician who wants it both ways, Rick Perry proposes that the deductions for interest payments on mortgages and child deductions remain untouched.

Regardless of Perry’s true intentions, it’s about time that the Flat Tax becomes part of the debate. Again, we need drastic tax reform, and we need it now!

Karl Rove Attacking Cain, Shilling for Romney

The question I have for Karl Rove is simple and to the point. When, oh when, will you finally go away? Rove is one of the reasons that I’m barely watching the Fox News Channel anymore. With the help of Sean Hannity and friends, Mr. Rove has appointed himself the “king maker” of the Republican Party. In reality, Karl Rove is just a dupe for the establishment elite. That’s why he’s supporting Mitt Romney for president. And that’s exactly why we can’t afford Mitt Romney in the White House.

Rove has been all over Fox News as of late doing his best to stop the momentum of Herman Cain by thrashing him at every turn. Mr. Rove claims that Mr. Cain’s “gaffes” make him unelectable. That’s rich coming from a guy who had his bulbous head tucked up the ass of a president that couldn’t enunciate the word nuclear, as well as countless other words in the English language.

I’m an immigrant New Yorker, and I didn’t go to Yale, so I at least have some sort of an excuse.

In a recent appearance on Fox News Rove said the following about Herman Cain:

“I think it has created an image of him as not being up to this task,” he said. “That’s really deadly.”

No Mr. Rove, you are the one who is attempting to create an image of him (Mr. Cain) not being up to the task! So please stop treating us like we’re stupid.

It’s big government establishment republicans like Karl Rove who gave us Bob Dole and John McCain. It’s RINO’s like him that have mocked the Tea Party as well as Americans who believe that Barack Hussein Obama isn’t quite who he claims to be. Karl Rove and his self righteous ilk are partly to blame for allowing the far left to gain such a strong foothold in the American landscape. So please go away already, Mr. Rove. I’m pretty sure you can make tens of millions by joining many of your friends and becoming a Washington lobbyist. They can always use more forked-tongued reptiles in that profession.

Sarah Palin appeared on Fox with Greta Van Susteren after last night’s GOP debate in Nevada and proclaimed Newt Gingrich the winner.

Check out the Drudge link to Real Clear Politics piece here.

I know that it’s become very fashionable in conservative circles on the internet to bash Mr. Gingrich over the past several years. I’m also guilty of joining that bash-fest on occasion. However, Mrs. Palin is correct in her assessment that Gingrich came out smelling the best in last night’s debate.

There’s no doubt whatsoever that Newt Gingrich is as sharp as a razor blade. Comparing his intellect to that of Rick Perry or Michele Bachmann is like comparing Albert Einstein to Rocky Balboa. But does intellect in and of itself make for a good leader? The answer is obviously no!

Without going into a boring history of the trials and tribulations of Newt Gingrich, I believe his biggest problem is the fact that he’s overexposed himself since leaving congress in 1999. Because of his penchant for never refusing an interview, Gingrich has built up a massive sound bite library over the past dozen years. When competing for face-time and contributor gigs, jealousy can quickly creep into the equation. True, he can come across as a bit annoying, especially when mentioning his current wife’s name in just about every sentence, and it’s also true that he’s been susceptible to foot-in-mouth disease far too often for someone of his smarts and experience. However, it’s my opinion that the Right’s disdain for Gingrich is in part due to the fact that he’s become far too familiar – “familiarity breeds contempt.”

What I have always admired about Mr. Gingrich is his love and acute understanding of history. Regardless of one’s IQ, one can learn much from history. After all, as far as mankind is concerned, the best indicator of future behavior and events is past behavior and events.

There is no doubt that Newt Gingrich understands the inner workings of the federal government. There’s also no doubt that that Newt Gingrich understands the practicalities of pushing a legislative agenda through the congress. Additionally, there’s no doubt that Newt Gingrich understands the minefield that is the media – mainstream or otherwise!

Am I endorsing Newt Gingrich for president? As if anyone is waiting for my endorsement! The answer is no – at least not yet. However, in my opinion Mr. Gingrich has established himself as the responsible adult of the current group of candidates. He has stayed clear of most of the mud-slinging, and he generally answers the questions given to him. And, I personally trust Mr. Gingrich’s convictions more than I do the front-runner’s, Mr. Romney.

I fully understand the concept of electability, but I also understand the desperate need for substance in our political debates. We will need a clear thinking, rational adult to lead our country out of the cesspool that it is currently sinking into. We need someone who will systematically expose Obama for the lightweight fraud that he truly is. Is that man Newt Gingrich? I really don’t know. But I do know that it isn’t some of the other clowns who took part in the debate last night.

Who but the Mainstream Media and Nancy Pelosi can’t see these protesters for what they truly are – a collection of losers who want to bring the rest of us down to their pathetic level? I recently saw a protestor being interviewed on New York 1 (aka New York Pravda) where the imbecile said that all they (protesters) want is equality. What in the hell does that mean? Should janitors make the same money as corporate CEO’s? There is also no doubt that many of the protesters are just a bunch of spoiled hypocritical brats who evidently have nothing better to do with their time.

Unlike Barrack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Harrison J. Bounel, etc, etc, etc, Herman Cain has actually achieved things during his lifetime.

I actually took the time to watch last night’s debate in its entirety. For what it’s worth, here’s my take.

WINNER: Newt Gingrich

While my support for Gingrich has slipped considerably over the past several years, he showed flashes of the old Newt last night – the Newt that led the original Republican Revolution back in the nineties – not the RINO Newt that has become entrenched over at Fox News. There was never any doubt that Gingrich is as sharp as a razor blade, but he tends to get too wonkish and suffers from foot-in-mouth disease. In spite of his solid performance last night, his chance of getting the nomination are about equal to the chances of the Baltimore Orioles winning the World Series.

SECOND PLACE: Herman Cain

Although Mr. Cain received limited face time last night, he still gave solid and concise answers to each and every question. Unlike most politicians, Herman Cain doesn’t speak with a forked tongue. What you hear is what you get! Unlike Barrack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Harrison J. Bounel, etc, etc, etc, Herman Cain has actually achieved things during his lifetime. Cain has managed several large companies during his business career, and has a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and a Masters in Computer Science. If Obama the community organizer and affirmative action attorney who doesn’t have a license to practice law can be elected president, why can’t Herman Cain? I know, I know, that’s a stupid question!

THIRD PLACE: John Huntsman

I don’t know much about Mr. Huntsman, but he did a nice job at last night’s debate. Huntsman seems to have pretty conservative convictions and an astute business sense. He seemed relaxed and his answers were clear and concise. Probably doesn’t stand a chance because he’s as boring as a soccer match so the media won’t pay much attention to him.

Kudos also go out to Ron Paul who is always…well, Ron Paul. He stands by his convictions and his economic policies are pretty spot on. He also gave a good answer to the question about illegal immigration, which surprised me a bit. I was under the impression that Mr. Paul was an open borders libertarian. Mr. Paul would be a great improvement over Barack Obama, but so would my cat Charlie. And unlike my cat Charlie, Mr. Paul is totally unelectable.

BIGGEST DISSAPPOINTMENT: Michelle Bachmann

I’m a big fan of Michelle Bachmann, but she didn’t have a good night. She seemed both nervous and unsure. Is Mrs. Bachmann feeling the pressure from all the negative media attention and hit pieces? Being the next Sarah Palin can be a bitch!

I’m so tired of these feckless U.S. Republican Senators. Each and every time when it comes to a big issue they look for ways to “compromise” while the Democrats look for ways to slash and burn.

Once again, a gang of six has formed in the United States Senate in order to supposedly reach an agreement on the debt ceiling talks.

This time the gang members are:

Saxby Chambliss (R) Georgia

Mike Crapo (R) Idaho

Tom Coburn (R) Oklahoma

Mark Warner (D) Virginia

Dick Durbin (D) Illinois

Kent Conrad (D) North Dakota

So what exactly was the initiation for joining this gang, and what are the gang colors?

I don’t know about the Democrats, but the initiation for Republican members was simple. They got on their knees and promised to eventually capitulate to the Democrats and screw the voters who elected them. As for the gang colors; for Democrats it’s RED because they always go for the jugular; for Republicans it’s YELLOW – no explanation necessary!

I’m so tired of these feckless U.S. Republican Senators. Each and every time when it comes to a big issue they look for ways to “compromise” while the Democrats look for ways to slash and burn. Joining these gangs never accomplishes anything except to eventually give the Democrats what they want while attempting to come across as moderate and non-partisan.

One of the problems with the U.S. Senate is that the members have six year terms and most voters only have six day memories.

The previous “gang of six” was formed back in 2009 when three pathetic RINOs joined three devious Democrats in order to find compromise on the infamous healthcare reform bill. The RINOs were Mike Enzi, Chuck Grassley, and Olympia Snowe. By the way, how did that attempt at compromise work out for you guys? Oh that’s right, Obama and the Democrats agreed to phase in a single-payer system instead of ramming it up our you-know-what’s immediately.

Gee, thanks RINOs!
