Judge Michael M. Malihi has rejected a motion by Obama’s legal team to squash the subpoena which requests him to present his original birth records, SS application, and other various records.

Perhaps I’m the insane one, but to think that a sitting president being implored by a court to prove that he is who he says he is isn’t the lead story for every news outlet in the country is simply mind-blowing.

Even the so-called “conservative media” has been silent as a mute church mouse on this.

People can believe what they want, but the fact that this isn’t deemed newsworthy by more than 99% of this nation’s media outlets is kind of scary. Some may say that the media is correct not to cover this “ridiculous story.” But it remains that an American judge presiding over an American courtroom doesn’t think it’s so ridiculous. Isn’t there even a teeny bit of curiosity over this seemingly historic event? After all, it isn’t every day when a court attempts to confirm the identity of a sitting president who has nearly completed his first term. It isn’t every day when a state seriously considers whether or not a sitting president is legally qualified to be on its ballot.

Just what is the media scared of? I know it’s a rhetorical question, but I really like asking it. An even bigger question, and just as rhetorical, is why the so-called conservative media and the so-called right-wing talk radio hosts like Hannity, Levine, and Limbaugh also seem oblivious to this story. Gee…aren’t these the right-wing racists whose only purpose is to smear Barack Obama?

Realistically, this Georgia court will have little redress when King Obama blows them off and fails to appear on Thursday. He already knows that the media won’t inform the public of his failure to comply with this subpoena. Another related story that the MSM, Fox News, and the talk-radio big boys are sure to ignore is the upcoming report from Arizona Sherriff Joe Arpaio’s “cold case posse” in regards to Barack Obama’s eligibility and identity. But the preverbial cat is slowly but surely clawing its way out of the heavy duty burlap bag.

I know that what I’m about to say will outrage whatever liberal happens to stumble upon this blog, but I have long ago shed the fear of being called names, even the horrifying R name – racist!

So let me just come out and say that I do believe that most young black people suffer from a lack of work ethic. That’s about as blandly as I can put it. Sorry, Jaun Williams!

First off, how can one realistically expect them to have a work ethic when the vast majority of them come from single parent households where the father is AWOL? Where’s the example?

Second, how can you expect them to have a work ethic when the vast majority of them are exposed to the trashy lifestyle referred to as Hip-Hop before they even learn to walk? Just where does work ethic fit in with this so-called culture that promotes drug use, violence, misogyny, materialism, lawlessness and hate? How can you get a job when you walk around with your underwear showing, with a constant scowl plastered on your face, and with language skills that require an interpreter in order to be understood?

For instance, it isn’t just a coincidence that every supermarket in my area has Hispanics stocking the shelves, cleaning the floors, and making the deliveries. With the unemployment rate among black youth at over 45%, why aren’t young blacks doing this type of work? Are all of these supermarkets and fruit/vegetable stands run by rabid racists? I had my first part-time job at around age 14. (Off the books) I stocked shelves, swept the sidewalk, and cleaned the storefront windows for a local business on the weekends. Believe me, I wasn’t thrilled with doing this work, but my father really didn’t give me a choice.

I did however manage to purchase my first brand new baseball mitt (around $75) with my meager earnings.

Finally, how can one expect America’s black youth to have a work ethic when almost all of them attend our great public school system? Our public education system is run by progressives and outright Marxists who care less about educating “minorities” than they do about indoctrinating them. Minorities are taught that they’re victims; nothing is their fault! This victim status creates laziness and an entitlement mentality. Today’s public school students are also being taught that they and their families, their pets, and the environment, can’t survive without the benevolence of the federal government.

I’m so sick and tired of the evil fog of political correctness engulfing our society. We are no longer allowed to make judgments based on what we see and hear – what we experience. I’m sorry if the fact that some groups are better at certain things than other groups offends some people. However, lacking a work ethic isn’t genetic. Work ethic can be learned and practiced if it is taught and encouraged. One need not suffer from it on an ongoing basis.

What’s starting to irk me just a little bit about the entire Weiner scandal is the media’s (left, right, TV, print, and blogosphere) attempt to portray the Weiner women as victims. They are about as far from victims as I am from playing center for the Los Angels Lakers next season. Instead, most of these women seemed to be willing participants. Among the one’s we know about, one of them is 26 years old, and another is a porn star.

Of course, this doesn’t apply to any underage girls Weiner may have had contact with. So don’t even bother going there.

How many of these women that received the Weiner tweets knew that he was a married man barely out of his honeymoon? If they didn’t know, then just how dumb or lazy are they? Some of them were quoted as saying that what attracted them to Horshack, I mean Weiner, was his skewering of the evil Republicans. Most of these women are admitted liberals! If you are one of these chicks being befriended by Weiner, don’t you at least Google his name and find out a bit more about him? It isn’t that hard! But I guess that’s why they’re liberals to begin with – no brains and no curiosity.

Furthermore, Weiner sent out a photo to some of these women where he stood in front of what seems like a dresser with pictures of himself and his wife clearly visible on top. Didn’t that picture raise any red flags or set off any alarms for these gals?

In all probability, most of these women must have known that Anthony Weiner was a married man. They just didn’t let that inconvenient little fact bother them. Also, many of these women obviously enjoyed the attention that this public figure was heaping upon them. Of course, being a left-wing liberal who also happens to be one of Barack Obama’s loudest supporters didn’t hurt him much either. Unfortunately, this is a huge selling point for way too many youngish women in 2011 America.

Anthony Weiner is a total buffoon and a schmuck – there’s absolutely no doubt about that. However, the Weiner women aren’t as much victims of Mr. Weiner as much as they are admirers and political allies of Mr. Weiner. Some of them will hopefully mature and move on with their lives, while others will probably try to milk this situation for all it’s worth. After all, aren’t some of the mistresses of Tiger Woods now referred to as celebrities?

I gotta tell you that I’m extremely thankful that I happened to be watching at that particular time! I actually learned a few things about hot weather that had somehow escaped me my entire life.

Things like:

• Metal gets hotter than wood! If you grab or put your hand on a metal object that’s been baking in the sun, you could get burnt to the point of having to go to the hospital. That’s correct; they even interviewed an emergency room doctor who explained what a second-degree burn is.
• Darker objects get hotter than lighter objects, and grass is cooler than asphalt! I kid you not; they had reporters with digital laser thermometers taking the temperatures of the different surfaces. They even had a dummy, I mean reporter, on a Manhattan rooftop showing the difference between a reading of the air temperature and a reading on the surface of a black tar roof. The air temp was about 97 degrees fahrenheit, while the surface temp was about 120 degrees fahrenheit.

Gee…isn’t that where many of the thermometers that have been collecting global temperatures for the past few decades had been placed – on rooftops in major U.S. cities?

I also learned that our great city has “cooling centers” where citizens can go to get relief from the hot weather. For some reason I don’t remember these centers when I was growing up in Queens without air conditioning for most of my childhood. And, how in the world my parents and grandparents managed to survive all those summers without cooling centers – I’ll never know!

Nah…government isn’t getting bigger and bigger, and pathetic people aren’t becoming more and more reliant upon it. That’s just a right-wing talking point!

If this asinine weather report teaches us anything, it’s that the media really and truly believes that we are all idiots who can’t get through life without their help and the help of the ever compassionate federal government.

Ms. Taylor has been eulogized not only as a classic Hollywood actress, but also as a tireless activist against AIDS. In fact, her AIDS activism has been the focal point of the media coverage. But then again, she hasn’t done any acting in the past thirty years or so. We have also been incessantly reminded that Ms. Taylor was a loyal friend and supporter of the late Michael Jackson.

Does Ms. Taylor’s passing warrant the kind of media attention and adoration she is receiving? Maybe – I guess. But it’s very revealing when you compare the news of her passing with let’s say…Charlton Heston’s in 2008.

Let’s see; Charlton Heston was actually a busier actor than Ms. Taylor; appearing in more movies and television performances. Heston was also elected President of the Screen Actors Guild six times, and was also the first Chairman and President of the American Film Institute. Heston won one Academy Award for Best Actor in his 1959 role in Ben Hur. Elizabeth Taylor won two; one for Best Actress in her 1960 role in Butterfield 8, and another for Best Actress in her 1966 role in Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?

All things considered, it would be more than fair to say that Heston and Taylor were both iconic figures in their field. They were also both considered “activists.” But here’s the problem. Charlton Heston’s activism was in the defense of the dreaded Second Amendment, while Elizabeth Taylor’s was AIDS awareness. Heston sealed his fate with the media and the Hollywood establishment by becoming President of the NRA in 1998; a position he held until his retirement and announcement that he had Alzheimer’s in 2003. It’s also notable that Heston was married to the same woman for 64 years while Elizabeth Taylor was married 8 times and had several flings with married men.

All in all, it’s not really a surprise that Ms. Taylor’s passing has received such overwhelming coverage while Heston’s passing was barely mentioned. In the upside down left-wing worlds of Hollywood and journalism, Taylor was a heroine, and Heston was a villain – an extremest.

I can clearly remember when the news broke that Charlton Heston was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease because a left-wing kook who I worked with at the time openly expressed how happy he was to hear the news, saying he hoped Heston would suffer a long and painful death.  That about says it all!

I clearly recall the media being all over the rising gas price story a couple of years ago when the White House was still occupied by someone named George Bush. I’m not just talking about the left-wing national media, (CNN, MSNBC, etc.) but all of the local network affiliates. At least once per broadcast they would inform the public how much the national average is, and how much it jumped in the previous 10 minutes.

Where are all of those hand-wringing reports now? Where are all the idiotic interviews at gasoline stations now?

Last week on his television show, Glenn Beck showed footage of the media grilling President Bush when gasoline hit $2 per gallon. There was also footage of hypocritical Democrats like Chuck Schumer, Hillary Clinton, and Harry Reid taking Bush to task for gasoline prices. That’s right; the same sleazy politicians who are against drilling in Alaska, drilling off the coast of Florida, and any new domestic drilling for that matter, bitching about the high price of fuel. Schmuck Schumer even proposed that we tap into the National Strategic Reserve – what a freakin genius!

This past December, the former president of Shell Oil Company, John Hofmeister, predicted $5 gasoline by the end of 2012. Gee…isn’t 2012 a presidential election year?

How will an incumbent president who has openly spoken about his desire to purposely “skyrocket” energy prices deal with $5 gasoline? Unfortunately, that’s an easy question to answer. His allies in the mainstream media will do their best to ignore the story and/or to blame it on George W. Bush, the Republicans, and the evil oil companies.

That’s our mainstream media! As predictable as they are corrupt.

Anyway, New York 1 put up a photo of Loughner’s youngest victim, 9 year old Christina Greene. The way they described Christina is what made me do a double take and hit the rewind button to see that I wasn’t hearing things. They referred to her as “the 9 year old girl with political aspirations.”

That’s right; 9 year olds now supposedly have political aspirations! I consider myself a pretty politically astute guy, and I also became interested in politics at a young age – when I was 19 or 20. I’ve worked on the campaigns of Rudy Giuliani, George Pataki, and several other local candidates. However, I had no inkling of what the word ‘politics’ even meant when I was 9 years old. If given the choice at 9 years of age between going to hear a politician speak or going to the dentist, I would definitely have chosen the dentist.

If Christina Greene did have political aspirations, they were most likely placed upon her by parents and/or teachers. It’s my humble belief that parents and teachers should just allow children to be children. We all have but one childhood. There’ll be plenty of time to get involved in politics, or any other field for that matter. The sad reality is that in 21^st century America far too many parents project their views on their young children, and far too many teachers indoctrinate young students with their personal and political views.

The far-left has long believed in using children as political pawns. They understand that young children are relatively easy to shape and mold. They understand that more often than not, ignorant or misinformed children usually grow up to be ignorant and misinformed adults – regardless of their level of education. In a candid moment, Josef Stalin once said “Education is a weapon, whose effect depends on who holds it in his hands and at whom it is aimed.”

I’m not at all blaming the guardians of Christina Greene for her tragic and untimely death. I blame only Jared Loughner, and partly, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department. Children should be able to go to a political rally or event without fear of being shot to death, but they’d be safer and happier playing with their friends and just being children.

The media is already positioning to pin the shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and eleven others, on the Tea Party movement. The White House, Democrats, and the corrupt mainstream media are in a state of elation due to the fact that the shooter/killer was identified as a “White Male” by the name of Jared Laughner.

Hours before the shooter was identified, Sheppard Smith of Fox News was already insinuating that the Tea Party movement was somehow responsible for this crime. Smith spoke of this past summer’s town hall meetings where Ms. Giffords was supposedly targeted by Tea Party wackos.

A few minutes ago, Smith read from an incoherent statement posted on YouTube by the shooter in which he stated: “The majority of citizens in the United States of America have never read the United States of America’s constitution.”

And: “You don’t have to accept the Federalist laws.”

Oooooh…the constitution and federalism, those are the racist, anti-government, anti-Obama code words of the right-wing extremists in the Tea Party! The Democrats and the mainstream media have been warning the American public about these dangerous people for over a year now, but the American people still voted out the Democrats in this past November’s election. They told us it was a mistake – we didn’t listen!

If you read the shooters posting here, you’ll see that he’s nothing more than a deranged sicko – period!

Obama is set to make a statement on this shooting shortly. Gee…where was Obama when a Muslim terrorist tried to detonate a car bomb in Times Square earlier this year, or when another Muslim terrorist (underwear bomber) attempted to blow up a Detroit bound Northwest Airlines flight on Christmas day 2009? There’s no doubt that Obama will attempt to use this sick act for political gain. The first Black President, Bill Clinton, tried to use the Oklahoma City bombing to silence his critics in 1995. At that time it was Rush Limbaugh and right-wing talk radio that was responsible. Today it will be the Tea Party movement and the right-wing blogosphere.

There’s no doubt that Champagne corks were popping in the White House and throughout the mainstream media newsrooms when it was learned that the shooter is a White Guy, and not an illegal Mexican immigrant or a Muslim. Far from being concerned about the victims of this sick animal, they’re celebrating the political opportunities they can milk from this horrific incident.

Just as BJ Clinton used the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995 to get reelected in 1996, Obama now has his “tragedy” from which to start his campaign for 2012. Now if only those peaceful Muslims can behave themselves until then.

The problem supposedly started when the discussion turned to the Ground Zero Mosque. O’Reilly, who surprisingly, is on the right side of the issue, sparred with Goldberg and Behar on the subject. What infuriated the two geniuses was O’Reilly’s statement that “Muslims killed us on 9/11.”

Besides being stupid, nasty, irritating, and intolerant, Joy Behar is also a colossal hypocrite. In October of 2009, left-wing kook Gore Vidal appeared on the Joy Behar Show on CNN Headline News. Behar showed no sense of outrage when the filthy Vidal spoke of wanting to murder George W. Bush.

Isn’t it rich when an out-and-out dunce like Behar questions the smartness of the American people? Mistaking her celebrity for intelligence and/or wisdom, the woman is oblivious to her own hypocrisy and elitism. She oozes hate-infused bile from every orifice of her unattractive being. Why is it that liberal so-called comedians such as Behar, Rosie O’Donnell, Bill Maher, etc. are so freaking angry? Why are they so unhappy? Why do they all seem to think that America is such a bad place? These no-talent malcontents should be counting their blessings that they live in a country where people like them can attain fame and fortune.

Far from being funny, people like Behar would actually be very dangerous if they ever gained complete power. Compassionate progressives like her would have little compunction in silencing all opposition to their political views. While preaching diversity, they strive for a world where collective thought is the accepted norm.

Joy Behar has once again proved that her intolerance is matched only by her stupidity and overwhelming sense of self-importance. Keep it up Joy; I like it when you expose yourself for what you really are.
